Booking & Reservations
- How can I make a reservation? You can book online via our website or contact us directly by phone or email.
- Do I need to pay upfront? A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. The balance is payable at check-in.
- Can I modify my booking? Yes, modifications are allowed subject to availability and our policies.
Payment Terms
- Accepted payment methods: UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking, Cash at hotel.
- Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be processed as per our cancellation policy.
- Invoice: A detailed invoice will be provided upon check-out or on request.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: From 2:00 PM onwards.
- Check-out time: By 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in / Late check-out: Subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
