Cancellation & Refund Policy

Room Booking Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 24–48 hours receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-show → No Refund.

Early Check-Out

If a guest checks out early, the remaining nights are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Bookings marked as non-refundable cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Date Modifications

  • Date changes allowed if requested 48 hours before arrival.
  • Rate differences apply.

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Amount will be credited to original payment mode.

Group Bookings & Events

Group/event bookings may have separate cancellation terms informed at booking time.

Force Majeure

In case of natural calamities or unavoidable events, the hotel may modify/wave charges.
