We offer a serene environment for travelers seeking peace, comfort, and spiritual rejuvenation. As a hotel and retreat property, we do not ship physical goods. All services—accommodation, dining, wellness experiences, and guest assistance—are delivered exclusively within the hotel premises.

This policy outlines how guests can access, receive, and enjoy the services they book, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience during their stay.

No Physical Shipping

Namami Retreat focuses entirely on in-house services. We do not engage in shipping or delivery of products outside the property. The services we provide include:

  • Accommodation & Rooms: Well-furnished rooms with modern amenities for a comfortable stay.
  • Food & Beverage Services: Fresh, hygienic meals prepared by our in-house chefs.
  • Retreat Experiences & Wellness Activities: Yoga, meditation, and wellness sessions to refresh your mind and body.
  • Travel Assistance: Guidance and arrangements for local sightseeing and transport.
  • Guest Support: Dedicated staff to assist with any requests during your stay.

No courier, parcel, or product delivery is available. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the full experience onsite.

Digital Delivery of Booking Confirmation

All bookings and confirmations are delivered digitally to ensure instant access and convenience. Guests receive:

  • Email: Detailed booking confirmation and receipts.
  • WhatsApp: Quick updates and reminders about your stay.
  • SMS: Notifications if WhatsApp or email is unavailable.
  • Website Booking Portal: Access to manage reservations, view invoices, and request services.

Digital delivery helps ensure that guests always have access to their booking information and can prepare for their stay efficiently.

Check-In Process

Your services are considered delivered upon check-in at Namami Retreat. To make the check-in process smooth and fast, please ensure you have the following:

  • Valid Government ID Proof: Passport, Aadhar card, or driving license.
  • Booking Confirmation: Digital or printed copy of your reservation.
  • Payment Reference: For advance or online payments, keep the payment receipt handy.

Our friendly reception staff will guide you to your room and provide details about the facilities, services, and retreat activities available during your stay.

All services booked are fulfilled on-site at Namami Retreat. Our team ensures that every aspect of your stay meets the highest standards:
